Compliance with the relevant provision of Personal Income Tax Act (PITA) and the Company Income Tax Act (CITA) which include among others; Pay As You Earn (PAYE), Value Added Tax (VAT), Withholding Tax (WHT), Capital Gains Tax (CGT), Company Income Tax (CIT), Education Tax (EDT) require sound practical knowledge of both Revenue laws and practices which, if ignore may result in serious violation that may attract significant penalty and interest payment.
